Our CEO Scott Purviance, signed the CEO Action for Diversity and Inclusion pledge, joining more than 2,000 other CEOs in this commitment to lead change from the front.
The Implicit Association Test (IAT) measures the strength of associations between concepts and evaluations or stereotypes to reveal an individual’s hidden or subconscious biases.

Amwins supports the WSIA Diversity Foundation to help influence meaning full progress in the diversity of the wholesale, specialty and surplus lines insurance industry.
We have started two US based LINK chapters to help make the insurance industry the employer of choice for the LGBTQ+ community.
Sherita has become a leading voice within the insurance industry over the last 24 years. With a focus on recognizing and working against the unconscious bias that many face, she has brought an invaluable perspective to Amwins' Diversity & Inclusion council. She's on the IICF IDEA Council, the WSIA Diversity Speaker Bureau and serves as the President of the NAAIA Dallas-Fort Worth chapter. As the Relationship Development Coordinator within the Awmins' brokerage division, Sherita exemplifies her passion for teaching young professionals and shaping the industry's future.
