At Amwins, we succeed together — and have a good time doing it.

We know people don't leave companies. They leave cultures — which is why we work so hard on ours. At Amwins, our people are high-achieving, top performers who believe in collaboration, not cutthroat competition. Our teams work together to help each other succeed, and we do right by our clients so they can do right by theirs.

First and foremost, we invest in our employees. At our inception, that meant providing free water, soda and coffee to everyone because that was the most we could do. Five business segments, 112 locations and more than $22 billion in annual premium placements later, we continue to invest in our team members through education and development programs, comprehensive and competitive benefits, and an organizational structure that's 43% owned by employee shareholders. Our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion helps cultivate an open, welcoming workplace that reflects the communities we serve.

Working at Amwins means you love what you do, how you do it and, ultimately, who you do it with. Whether it's today or 150 years from now, we continue to invest in our culture and your development so opportunities for growth and career advancement are never in short supply.

At Amwins, we win together — and have a good time doing it.

Sarah Richardson

Have you ever attended an Amwins event and had a good time? Received a logoed item and thought “wow this is cool.” If so, Sarah Richardson was probably involved. She is the queen of all things events, meetings and swag! Sarah has been with Amwins for 14 years and is part of the company’s DNA. She’s one of the many people who started their career with Amwins and has never left. We hope that stays the case, because we’d be lost without her.
