Position Summary
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Less than 12 months of insurance experience
- A desire to excel in sales environment
- Highly motivated
- Problem solver
Program Assets:
- Professional development training
- Substantial interaction with Amwins Leadership
- Attendance at industry conferences, seminars, and carrier meetings
- Active mentorship and accelerated on job training
- Ability to specialize in Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, or Garage
