We’ve uploaded three FAQ and How-To Documents to Improve your Portal experience. These documents are as follows:
Personal Lines, Appetite and Overview: This document is a comprehensive overview of Amwins Access Personal Lines Capabilities. It includes an overview of digital and non-digital appetite as well as information on how our underwriters receive and respond to digital business submissions that cannot be bound in the Portal.
FAQ Document: Users should read this document thoroughly upon first log-in and before submitting business for the first time. It’s also helpful as an ongoing reference for commonly asked questions about Underwriter selection and Portal workflows.
Digital Resource Policy Document: This document is a quick-reference guide containing helpful information on our immediate-bind, digital Homeowner’s product. It contains contact information for our Digital Customer Service team, important exclusion criteria, and other important call-outs related to digital policies.
