Submission requirements

  • Broadcast station must be in operation at least five years
  • Completed industry standard applications
  • Driver motor vehicle reports (MVRs)
  • Three-year, currently valued, loss history provided by the insurance company
  • Radio & Television Broadcasters supplemental application
