Become a Producer
Thank you for your interest in working with Woodus K.Humphrey.
Amwins is moving to a National Producer Agreement (NPA) for all new and existing agencies.
For New Agencies
The new agreement, once appointed, will allow your agency to do business with all Amwins companies, regardless of division or location. Separate appointments will no longer be required for the different brokerage and underwriting offices.
For Existing Agencies
You will no longer be required to provide proof of E&O and licensing on an annual basis, a requirement of the Underwriting division.
In order to get you agency appointed under the new National Producer Appointment we will need the following:
- Completed Amwins National Producer Agreement. Click here to download
- Agency E&O Declaration or Certificate showing evidence of at least $1,000,000 coverage limit
- Agency Crime/Fidelity or Business Owner’s Policy with evidence of Employee Dishonesty at a minimum coverage limit of $25,000
- Completed W9 Form. Click here to download
(Please note: Your complete business entity name must be shown on all documents)
Please forward the completed documents to Elaine Stripling. Once your agency has been approved we will forward you a copy of the executed agreement for your records.
