The Amwins Global Risks Graduate programme provides you with a fantastic start to your insurance career. The scheme is an 18-month rotational programme allowing you to build your relationships across our business quickly. You will spend time in our broking teams and if you have a flair for numbers and data, we have great opportunities in our data and analytics team. You’ll also gain exposure and insights into our Group Support Teams - HR, Marketing, Finance, Data & Analytics and Compliance.

How it works

You’ll be joining an organisation that works across the globe. We will give you the opportunity to have responsibility early in your career and the chance to learn from some of the most respected and talented brokers in the market. We’ll also arrange for you to spend time with our US and European colleagues.

You will be supported by a buddy and mentor throughout the programme and will have study support while you work towards completing the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) exams.

How to apply for the Amwins Global Risks Graduate Programme

The requirements for our programme are:

  • You must be eligible to work in the UK
  • You must have achieved or be on course to achieve a 2:1 degree or above in any subject
  • You must have GCSE Maths and English , minimum grade 5

Employee Spotlight

Harriet Boulding

Harriet joined our graduate programme in September 2018. After completing her first rotation in our World Wide Property Division and spending time with our Cheltenham Operations team, Harriet then had the opportunity to network with colleagues in Amsterdam and attend the Broker Development Programme at our US headquarters in North Carolina. Harriet now works as a Broker with our Professional Risks team
