Graduate Programme

We’re looking for talented individuals who want to develop a long-term career with us as a Broker.  Our Graduate Programme can give you the opportunity to kick-start your career by working with some of the most successful specialty insurance brokers in the London market.

How It Works

During the 18-month rotational programme you’ll get the opportunity to experience life working with different teams of brokers.  So you learn about the bigger picture, you’ll also spend time with our group support teams including Claims, Operations and Compliance.

Personal Development

We’ll take you through an extensive induction programme to help you get to know our business.

The focus will be on you and your personal development.  You can take advantage of our in-house Learning and Development events and we’ll accelerate you through your CII professional qualifications

Support and Guidance

We'll support you the whole way with an experienced mentor and a buddy who’s previously been through the programme - there’s always a friendly face to turn to.
