Applications open soon!

Insurance is a relationship based business, and achieving success means hiring the best talent, so we are looking for people with great communication and data analytical skills, the desire to learn and the ability to build relationships quickly.

You’ll be joining an organisation that works with businesses across the globe. We will give you the opportunity to have responsibility early in your career and where you can learn from some of the most respected and talented brokers in the market.

How it works

Our scheme is an 18 month rotational programme giving you a fantastic start to your career in the insurance industry. You'll learn about our business through placements with our broking teams and gain exposure and insights into our Group Support Teams.

Personal development

We take your development seriously and will invest in you to ensure you have the right tools and knowledge to do your job. You’ll have access to our online learning resources at Amwins University, as well as our extensive technical and personal development workshops. You’ll also have our support to achieve your professional qualifications with the Chartered Insurance Institute by the end of the programme.

Support and guidance

We'll support you the whole way with an experienced mentor and a buddy who’s previously been through the programme - there’s always a friendly face to turn to.
