But why buy this product?

For many EPL policies, a sexual molestation exclusion is added, for industries like healthcare, education and transportation. These are also industries that are most at risk for this exposure. For SML policies, coverage is for wrongful acts committed by an employee, but does not cover employee-on-employee claims. This combo product extends to employee-on-employee coverage for sexual molestation, therefore bridging the gap in exposure.

Limit and premium

  • USD 250,000 up to USD 5,000,000 under our binding authority agreement
  • With a potential to offer up to USD 10,000,000 limits for larger accounts on an open market basis
