About PRMA

Amwins Brokerage has an exclusive agreement with Property Risk Management Association (PRMA) to offer three property insurance programs for apartments, agriculture, and lumber mills.

PRMA Property was established in 2012, followed by PRMA Lumber in 2015, and PRMA Agriculture in 2025. Together, they form an association dedicated to benefit member companies engaged in residential, industrial/lumber mill, and swine/dairy real estate sectors.

Member Benefits

Membership in PRMA includes the following benefits:

  • Monthly newsletter
  • Exclusive market intelligence and educational resources
  • Access to vetted service providers
  • Unique affinity programs
  • PRMA property insurance program (subject to insurers’ underwriting approval)

Membership in PRMA is voluntary and requires payment of a fee. It does not guarantee an offer of insurance coverage or a renewal of existing insurance.

Prospective members, through their retail broker, can seek a quote from the PRMA insurance program without becoming a PRMA member; however, membership is required to bind coverage under the program. The PRMA insurance program is available nationwide through Amwins Brokerage.
