  • Building ordinance including contingent liability; demolition and increased cost of construction

  • Includes terrorism coverage
  • Includes earthquake and flood coverage
  • Includes equipment breakdown and jurisdictional inspections
  • Competitive deductible structure
 

Program Qualifications and Details:

  • TIV greater than $50M
  • Adequate replacement cost values
  • All key property locations will be inspected to verify submitted information is accurate
  • $250 association membership fee
  • Non-admitted, A.M. Best A- through A+ rated carrier(s)
  • Nationally available

 

Major Exclusions:

  • Tier I and II CAT Wind
  • California Earthquake
  • Vacant locations

  • Currently valued loss runs (5 years)
  • Large claim details
  • 5 year historic deductible
  • 5 year historic TIV
  • Signed Acord 125 application or equivalent
