J. Ryan Clark has served as a director of Amwins since 2021. Ryan currently serves as the president of Genstar Capital, based out of San Francisco, CA. Prior to that, he was an associate for Hellman and Friedman LLC, where he was involved in all aspects of the private equity investment process. He also worked as a financial analyst at Morgan Stanley & Co. Ryan received his AB in Environmental Science & Public Policy from Harvard University and his MBA from Harvard Business School.
