  • Inland marine - $100,000 any one item/$750,000 maximum per location
  • Crime - $250,000

  • Admitted: CT, DE, FL, GA, KY, ME, MD, MA, NH, NJ, NY, NC, PA, RI, SC, TN, VT, VA and WV.
  • Non-admitted: FL, GA and NY.

  • Completed industry-standard applications
  • Completed supplemental applications
  • Tenant lease agreement
  • 5 years of currently valued loss runs
