This exclusive program leverages the scale and longstanding carrier relationships of the Property Risk Management Association (PRMA) to deliver preferred rates and broad, flexible coverage designed to meet today’s complex exposures. Backed by a panel of A.M. Best A- through A+ rated carriers, it provides the stability and scalability needed to support multifamily portfolios of any size across all 50 states.

 

Program Highlights:

  • Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac compliant, including coverage for A&B, Firearms, SAM, Animals, Human Trafficking, and Habitability. 
  • Minimum deductible: $5,000
  • Minimum premium: $25,000
  • Available in all 50 states 
  • No cap on number of units or locations 
  • While property placement through PRMA is not required, submitting both GL and property enables access to broader program benefits and pricing efficiencies

 

Ineligible Risks:

  • Assisted living facilities or any locations with pull cords 
  • Mobile home parks or RV parks
  • Adult or children day cares 
  • >20% Section 8 housing (section 42 is eligible)
  • >10% Student housing

Submission Requirements:

  • Statement of Values (SOV), including: 
    • Occupancy type by location 
    • COPE data 
    • Security details 
  • Five (5) years of currently valued GL loss runs 
  • Loss summary 
  • ACORD application
