Casualty

With access to nearly $1B in aggregate market capacity, our Casualty capabilities primarily focus on General Liability and Auto Liability, but also include Professional Liability (Errors & Omissions, Directors & Officers and Employment Practices Liability), Punitive Damages and Product Recall.

We offer general capacity for medium-to-large accounts with a focus on transportation, healthcare and education/municipal risks. We also have expertise in other classes, including energy, pharmaceutical/life sciences and construction. More recently, we have expanded into the Crypto market providing GL, E&O and D&O solutions to clients operating in this rapidly growing space.

We specialize in developing customized Casualty solutions for our customers, including structured multi-year deals for clients willing to assume significant risk in return for a share of the profit when loss experience is better than expected.

Property

With access to over $500M in aggregate market capacity, our Property capabilities span risks from medium to large single location risks to large multi-state/multi-national schedules. Limits range from $2.5M to $650M per carrier.

We place coverage in various layers, including primary, buffer (typically $100K to $1M), excess and quota share throughout the program. Accounts with a heavy catastrophe-exposure (windstorm, earthquake, flood etc.) are our specialty for all types of construction and Builder’s Risk policies.

Alternative Risk Transfer

One of our fastest growing segments is the provision of consulting advice to clients who are interested in establishing an alternative risk transfer (ART) vehicle, such as a captive, rent-a-captive or risk retention group. As part of this process, we will conduct a comprehensive feasibility study to determine if such a retention vehicle is appropriate for your client. If so, we will then act as the focal point in setting up the vehicle and provide ongoing program management services, including the appointment and oversight of all service providers. We will also source and place reinsurance capacity for the retention vehicle where needed.

Not all clients require the same coverage structure. When it comes to ART, we take each case on its own merits. While the solutions we develop have some commonality, they are unique to each client and their particular circumstances With solutions like deductible buy-downs, structured multi-year deals, swing plans, captives and other retention vehicle, we provide a broad range of options for our clients, giving them the opportunity to participate in the underwriting profit.
