Description:

We have several markets interested in both fleet and non-fleet vehicles hauling aggregates, dirt, petroleum contaminated dirt or other non-hazardous commodities. Coverage is available for straight trucks, tandems and tractor trailers equipped with dump bodies including end and side dumps. Ineligible classes include coal haulers, hazardous materials and non-petroleum contaminated dirt haulers.

•	Trucker's Liability

•	Physical Damage

•	Motor Truck Cargo

•	Non-trucking Liability

•	Excess Liability

Limits:

•	Liability limits up to $1,000,000 CSL

•	Physical damage - No limit

•	Aggregate stop loss

•	Truckers Excess - up to $5,000,000

Requirements:

•	Completed application

•	Current plus three prior year loss information (valued in the last 60 days)

•	Schedule B

•

MVR’s

•	Drivers required to have 2 years experience in like equipment

•	Financials (for greater than 10 units)

Availability:

•	CA, FL, GA, IA, IL, MN, MT, NC, ND, NE, VA, WI for risks with 15 units or less and less than $50,000 in written premium

•	Product is available in all states for accounts with 16 units or more or generating in excess of $50,000 in premium (except CA, LA, MA, MS, and New York City)
