The Waste Industry Pollution Program (WIPP) provides flexible environmental coverage for waste transporters and operators. The policy provides coverage for on-site and off-site cleanup costs, and compensatory damages for third-party bodily injury and property damage, including defense costs caused by a pollution event. Target clients are as follows:

•	Non-Hazardous Waste Disposal, Transport, Storage and Treatment Operations

•	Non-Owned Disposal Sites

•	Recycling Operations

•	Sanitation Contractors

•	Transfer Stations

•	Vehicle and Equipment Yards

•	Vehicle and Equipment Maintenance Facilities

•	Waste Haulers

•	Waste Service Companies

Coverages:

•	Can be endorsed to meet mandatory financial responsibility guidelines for regulated facilities

•	Coverage can include protection for non-owned disposal sites

•	Deductible levels begin at $5,000

Limits:

Basic limits of $1,000,000 (higher limits are available)

Minimum Premium:

$2,500
