Description:

The Healthcare Pollution Insurance Program provides third party liability for bodily injury, property damage and cleanup costs as a result of a pollution event from a covered location or storage tank system.

Coverages:

•	Third party bodily injury and property damage - on and off-site

•	Defense costs for third party claims included

•	Transportation coverage for medical waste by both insured or contract carriers

•	Off-site coverage for non-owned medical waste disposal sites

•	Coverage for underground storage tanks that meet U.S. EPA Financial Responsibility Requirements

•	Deductible options

Limits:

•	Up to $5,000,000

•

Sublimits:

•	Coverage B - Transportation - 10% of Coverage A

•	Coverage C - Non-owned locations - 10% of coverage A

Minimum Premium:

$2,500 (for hospitals)

Requirements:

•	Completed Healthcare Pollution Liability application

•	Details on any prior pollution incidents
