AmWINS Recognized by IMCA with Four Marketing Communications Awards

AmWINS Group, Inc. (“AmWINS”), a global distributor of specialty insurance products and services, was recently awarded two Best of Show awards and two Awards of Excellence by the Insurance Marketing and Communications Association (IMCA).

“These awards are designed to recognize outstanding and innovative marketing in the insurance industry,” says Steve DeCarlo, CEO of AmWINS. “Our entries into the awards showcase met tough competition from a wide range of insurance firms and it is gratifying to be recognized for our higher standard of excellence.”

The awards were presented to representatives from AmWINS’ corporate marketing communications team during the annual IMCA conference in Nashville, TN. The following projects were recognized:

Best of Show 

  • 2015 Sales & Leadership Conference Mobile App (Category: Employee Electronic or Interactive Communications)
  • AmWINS for Hope Campaign (Category: Corporate Social Responsibility)

Award of Excellence

  • AmNET 2.0 – Intranet Redesign (Category: Employee Electronic or Interactive Communications)
  • 2014 Day of Service Video (Category: External Corporate Audio/Visual Communications)

This most recent recognition from IMCA was announced just weeks after the American Association of Managing General Agents (AAMGA) recognized AmWINS in their annual Community Service& Marketing Awards, where the firm received second place in the Wholesale Newsletter category for its monthly client newsletter, The Edge.
