The Entertainment, Recreation, Sports and Leisure Program offers General Liability for a broad array of entertainment risks. The program specializes in the following classes of business:
• Adult Entertainment
• Amateur Sports
• Amusement Centers
• Bowling Centers
• Casinos
• Movie Theaters
• Production Services
• Professional and Semi Professional Sports
• Restaurants and Delicatessens
• Special Events
• Sports Clubs
• Theatrical
• Venues (such as theaters, conference centers, and arenas)
Coverages:
• Non-owned Auto Liability
• Primary General Liability
• Liquor Liability (when written in connection with GL)
• Umbrella & Excess is available
Limits:
• General Liability up to $3,000,000
• Liquor Liability - $1,000,000 / $3,000,000
• Umbrella & Excess up to $20,000,000
Minimum Premium:
• General Liability - $1,500
• Excess - $1,500 for first $1,000,000 and $1,000 for each $1,000,000 thereafter
Requirements:
• Completed Acord Application
• Completed Program Supplemental Applications
• 3 Year (minimum) currently valued, hard copy loss runs
Supplemental Applications Required:
Supplemental applications are required for the Non-Owned & Hired Auto and Liquor Liability portions of coverage as well as for each of the following classes of business:
• Adult Entertainment
• Amateur Sports
• Amusement
• Bowling Centers
• Casino Gaming
• Caterers & Halls
• Flea Markets
• Liquor Liability
• Movie Theaters
• Professional Sports
• Restaurants
• Special Events
• Swim Clubs
• Theatrical
• Venues
State & Class Availability:
This program is available nationally except for the following classes:
• Liquor Liability is not available in AL for Adult Entertainment risks
• Adult Entertainment risks are not available in LA and TX
• Recreation & Amusement Centers are not available in AR, MN, and TX if they have mechanical rides
The following classes are excluded from this program:
• Nightclubs, Dance Clubs, and Disco's
• Bars and Taverns
• Restaurants with dance floors
• Liquor Liability for the following classes:
• Risks near college campuses
• Risks where 50% of the clientele are 25 years old or younger
• "Bring your own bottle" establishments
• Special Events
• Drive through liquor establishments
Carriers: Multiple carriers with AM Best Rating of A or better.
